Lucas Moura has been advised to find himself ‘another club’ by Paris Saint-Germain boss Unai Emery.

The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League this month, with Tottenham and Manchester United said to be monitoring the Brazilian.

He has barely featured for PSG this season – making just a total of six appearances thus far this season – and his manager Emery says that he deserves more playing time.

“I spoke with Lucas. With all respect towards him, but I think that he has no other options here and should look for another club, because he’s a great player,” said Emery, according to Marca.

Manchester United have of course just secured the signing of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal, while Tottenham themselves have a wealth of attacking midfield options at their disposal.

However, manager Mauricio Pochettino has admitted that the club is ‘open to quality’ in the market.

Speaking after the draw at Southampton, he said: "We are open to quality players but you know very well it is difficult in this transfer window."

"It is not easy to add a player who can help for three months. It is very difficult. For some clubs it is easier but it is not easy for us."
