Back in 2021, Cyrus left fans shook when she shared an iconic video of herself running on a treadmill while perfectly singing the song “Rebel Girl” by Bikini Kill.
And a couple of years later, Cyrus got candid about just how intense touring can be, explaining on her “Used to Be Young” TikTok series: “If you're performing at a certain level of intensity and excellence, there should be an equal amount of recovery and rest.”

Sitting down with W magazine this week, Cyrus shared, “My lifestyle is extremely clean. Sobriety is a big part of it. My mantra is, like any athlete, ‘Practice how you perform.’ So that’s why I practice in my heels.”

“The gym looks really tough, but then I’ve got my ivory Gucci slingbacks because they remind me of Marilyn Monroe,” she continued.

“I train in heels, mostly. I’m interested in feminizing the workout space, because so much of the workout equipment is ugly,” she shared.
Needless to say, several fans were seriously impressed by Cyrus's candid revelation online.
“Artists really are athletes. Gotta have stamina for live performances,” one person posted on X, formerly Twitter. “This is actually MAJOR and I think she’s a genius,” someone else wrote.“what an icon seriously,” one more user added.
