Yahoo News M23, A23 and A27 road closures to look out for in Sussex this weekend
A small number of motorway and A Road closures will affect Sussex traffic this weekend, according to National Highways England.
These will mainly be on the M23 and A27 in the early hours of the morning for maintenance work.
If you are set to be travelling along these areas, it's best to take note of different diversions that may be in place.
Here’s a list of all the closures from Friday, July 5 to Sunday, July 7 on Sussex's main roads to be aware of.
M23, A23 and A27 road closures for Friday, July 5
M23

A27
On the A27 westbound way, there will be an exit slip road at Adur from 5pm to 5am for barrier works.
M23, A23 and A27 road closures for Saturday, July 6
M23
On the M23 northbound way, there will be a link road closure between Junction 8 and Junction 7 on the M25 clockwise way.
Additionally, on the M23 southbound way, there will be a link road closure between Junction 8 and Junction 7 on the M25 anti-clockwise way.
Both of these will take place from 10pm on Saturday to 6am on Sunday.

On the A27 westbound way, there will be an exit slip road at Adur from 5pm to 5am for barrier works.

On the M23 northbound way, there will be a link road closure between Junction 8 and Junction 7 on the M25 clockwise way.
Additionally, on the M23 southbound way, there will be a link road closure between Junction 8 and Junction 7 on the M25 anti-clockwise way.
Both of these will take place from 10.30pm on Sunday to 5.30am on Monday.

On the A27 westbound way, there will be an exit slip road at Adur from 5pm to 5am for barrier works.
Meanwhile, in both directions, there will be a carriageway closure from Manor Road to Adur viaduct between 10pm and 5am for maintenance works.
