Madonna Fell Out With Son Rocco After She Confiscated His Mobile Phone

Who’d have thought that the biggest celeb feud of 2016 wouldn’t be between ex-lovers or ex-best-friends, but between a mother and a son?

Yes, this Madonna and Rocco Ritchie feud is still going strong, with it all kicking off when it was revealed that Madge had gone to court to make her fifteen-year-old son stay with her over Christmas instead of with his dad, Guy Ritchie - an order which Rocco defied.

Since then the rumour mill has gone into overdrive, with it being claimed that the relationship between the two is so strained that they’re hardly speaking and the teen has since deleted his high-profile Instagram account.

Now, more sources have come forward to reveal what caused the huge fallout in the first place and it apparently comes down to a mobile phone.

According to new reports, Rocco was “pushed over the edge” whilst touring the world with his mum for her Rebel Heart show, and strict Madonna apparently confiscated his phone over the belief that it was interfering with his homework.

The fed-up teenager then quit life on the road to stay in London with his dad and stepmother, Jacqui Ainsley.

A source explained to The Mirror: “Madonna is quite firm with Rocco and she took his phone from him when it interfered with his studies.

"She is stricter than Guy and Rocco doesn’t like it. When she took the phone away, it pushed him over the edge.”

Guy is now said to have hired lawyers in a bid to get custody of Rocco, with it being suggested that both father and son feel that Rocco has a “more stable and loving home” in London with his three half-siblings; four-year-old Rafael, three-year-old Rikva, and eighteen-month-old Levi.

Madonna has publicly responded to the speculation surrounding her family by sharing a throwback photo of herself embracing Rocco, her daughter Lourdes, and son David alongside the caption “love conquers all”.
