Madonna Gets Court Order To Make Teenage Son Rocco Spend Christmas With Her

It has been reported that Madonna has gone to court to make her fifteen-year-old son, Rocco, spend Christmas with her instead of his film director dad, guy Ritchie.

Rocco has recently been living in London with his father amid reports that he doesn’t get along with Madge, but he has now been ordered to spend the holiday season in New York with his mum and siblings.

Madonna reportedly decided to take the issue to court yesterday with Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan making the final decision, despite Rocco’s dad’s attorney, Eric Buckley, telling the judge: “He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York.”

Sources claim that the teen and his mum have fallen out as he’s traveled the world with the super star for her Rebel Heart tour.

Speaking to New York Post newspaper, an insider claimed: “The boy said he didn’t want to stay with her.

"He’s not getting along with his mum, which is not a surprise for a child that age.”

Madonna and Guy’s divorce was finalised in 2008.
