Married at First Sight Australia has aired the aftermath of Jack Dunley's sexist comments, with the groom apologising to Lauren Dunn.

In tonight's (March 28) episode of MAFS, the couples met again for their fourth dinner party.

Jack delivered what Lauren branded a "rehearsed" apology over his controversial "muzzle your woman" comment, with experts Mel Schilling, John Aiken and Alessandra Rampolla agreeing on the groom's lack of accountability.

The last reunion saw Jack and Lauren involved in a heated argument over his supposed lack of attraction to bride Tori Adams. At the table, a cornered Jack asked Jono McCullough to "muzzle [his] woman", a sexist remark that was deeply criticised by his co-stars and experts, as well as charity Women's Aid.

At the fourth dinner party, Jack asked Lauren to talk over their row, apologising for his "disgusting" remark.

He continued expressing regret, saying his family would be disappointed in him, which led a less than impressed Lauren to brand the speech "very Jack-style".

However, she told producers she was willing to accept Jack's apology "instead of going round in circles".

For his part, Jack insisted Lauren "snapped" him, once again trying to get his point across and saying that he simply wanted to hear from other people during their argument.

The three coaches watched on and shared their thoughts, with John saying: "From where I am sitting, Lauren didn't snap him at all."

"And there it is," John added, suggesting that Jack hasn't learned from his mistake. "Blaming the women around him."

"There's no real accountability," Alessandra chimed in as Mel nodded in agreement.

Meanwhile, it seems that Jack and Tori have managed to rebuild their bond since the dramatic dinner party. This comes after Tori previously said she was feeling "physically sick" when the trio of experts were trying to let her see this side to Jack.

Similarly, Lauren and Jono's romance appeared to have recovered after he didn't side with her during the row with Jack.

"We worked through it," Lauren told the others at the party. "Now Jono and I can move forward."
