MAFS Australia faces new backlash over comment about Tori
Married at First Sight Australia spoilers follow.
Married at First Sight Australia fans have called out the double standards towards Tori Adams in tonight's (April 17) episode.
As Homestay Week continued, Tori headed over to husband Jack Dunkley's hometown of the Gold Coast – which saw her involved in an awkward conversation with Jack's personal training clients Lizz and Jasmine.
Ahead of sitting down with the couple, Lizz had made her feelings towards Tori clear as she told the cameras: "I just don't think she's the right girl for him."
The conversation only went downhill from there, after Lizz made it clear that she didn't approve of Tori having a predominantly male friendship group – despite Jack being friends with women.

"When I come across a girl who says they're 'one of the boys' it's usually because they're sleeping with all the boys," Lizz told Tori, after insisting she'd have to be okay with Jack having a female friend group.
Viewers at home were quick to make their feelings clear on Lizz's comments, taking to X (formerly Twitter) to call out double standards in her views.
"So it's fine for jack to have mostly girl friends but it's an issue that Tori has mainly guy friends," one person wrote alongside a thinking emoji, while a second added: "If one of my friends spoke to my partner the way Lizz spoke to Tori, I would be fuming! So rude!"
"Sure 'I'm one of the boys' is a pick me phrase, but why is it a big issue if Tori has a lot of male friends but perfectly fine that Jack has a lot of female friends?? Weird jealousy vibes from these 'clients'," a third person tweeted.

"I would never be treated like this back home," a shocked Tori said afterwards."Jack's shown me a really shitty, ugly part of his life. I've got a lot to think about right now."
Later on the pair clashed over dinner after discussing how things would work after the experiment, with Jack refusing to commit to flying back and forth between Melbourne and the Gold Coast.
However, Jack was ultimately able to win his bride over, presenting her with a 'T' initial bracelet before telling her she looked "hot" at their dinner.
