MAFS UK star shares one thing she would have done differently at reunion

Married at First Sight UK star Jay Howard has pinpointed the one thing she would've done differently while filming the reunion show.

In a Digital Spy exclusive, the reality TV personality recalled bickering with Jordan Gayle and regretfully having ex-partner Luke Worley's back.

"I'm not gonna lie, I was howling all night. I found it hilarious watching that back," she began.

"I mean, tensions were running high. And I did have quite a few arguments with Jordan but I felt at the time that he needed telling because it just got ridiculous at one point.

"However, looking back now on reflection, I did stick up for Luke a lot more than what I would have done if it was now," continued Jay.

"It was filmed back in the beginning of November so it is like quite a couple of months ago. Obviously things have changed since then so. It's all good though. No bad vibes."

Elsewhere in our conversation, Jay, who was born with a partially formed left arm, spoke about being an inspiration for the disabled community.

"I'm just really proud of myself that I've been able to be given the chance to speak about disability but in a good way, like a good representation," she said.

"I'm a very open person anyway, I want people to ask the questions that nobody dares ask, because I don't get offended. I understand that some people that do have limb differences can get offended. But I'm very open and I'm more than happy to answer anybody's questions that they might have. But just to show how it is that we live on a day-to-day life and it doesn't really affect us in any way.

"I just see myself as a normal person. I've had a lot of people that have been really appreciative of like, any tips, just something that they can relate to speak about moving forward. It's been really nice."
