Man arrested after 'glass attack' at Hereford pub

A MAN has been arrested after an attack with a glass in a pub.

A 27-year-old was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm at the Queens Arms in Broad Street, Hereford. The man is now on bail.

The victim was said to have been "hit on the head with a glass".

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "The assault happened around 11.30pm on March 22 at the Queens Arms in Broad Street when the victim was hit on the head with a glass.

"One man, 27, has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm. He is on bail.
