Manchester City could be without goalkeeper Ederson for the final day of the Premier League season and FA Cup final after the goalkeeper was injured at Tottenham.

Ederson was injured at Tottenham after Christian Romero collided with him at the back post when the goalkeeper had stopped a cross. No action was taken against Romero, with Ederson remaining down for a number of minutes to receive treatment.

The Brazilian would continue for a few minutes, but misplaced his first pass and was then replaced by Stefan Ortega shortly afterwards. He will now be a major doubt for the final day of the Premier League season when City host West Ham looking to seal the title.

As Ederson was replaced, he looked furious at the decision, arguing with Pep Guardiola on the touchline with the manager having to hold him back as he went to his seat.

After passing Guardiola, Ederson kicked out at a nearby object and looked totally dejected as he took his seat. Matheus Nunes was seen consoling him, with this the fourth time he has been substituted through injury this season.

Ederson could later be seen in tears as he sat on the bench. Kevin De Bruyne was replaced at the same time, having also received a kick that forced a stoppage a few minutes earlier, handing City another injury concern.
