Man Discovers He's in the Wrong Car When He Finds Stranger's Dog in the Back Seat: Watch

"I got the s--- scared out of me by this dog," Vincent Zepeda said in a viral clip

A man discovered he accidentally got into the wrong car when he found a stranger's dog sitting in the back seat.

Vincent Zepeda was getting pizza one night when he drove off in a car of the same make and model after the owner of that vehicle left their key fob inside, according to Storyful.

"This is my car. This is why you should not leave your keyfob in your car," Zepeda said in a video, showing off his vehicle parked next to the car he was returning to the parking lot.

"I got in with my pizza ... and I got the s--- scared out of me by this dog," he continued, then showing the canine sitting calmly in the back row. "That's not my dog or my car."

At the end of the clip, Zepeda is seen entering his own car, telling viewers, "Don't leave your key fob in your [running car]."

After Zepeda's clip went viral, he was able to meet up with the dog, Fletcher, and his owner, Cynthie, to laugh about the ordeal.

"A friend reached out to let me know that she knows who the other car is," Zepeda said in a follow-up clip.

After capturing his arrival at the meeting spot, Zepeda was greeted by Fletcher, who could be seen standing next to Cynthie while wagging his tail.

"Fletcher, is that your spot?" he asked the pup, who was sitting in the back of the car during another point of the video.

"He just wanted your pizza," Cynthie then joked at the end of the clip to Zepeda of her canine companion.
