Police are appealing for information after a mosque was vandalised.

At 9am on Monday May 13 a window was smashed at the mosque on Arpley Street in Warrington. A man was seen running from the scene.

Police have released CCTV images of a man they’d like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Sgt Graham Robinson from Cheshire Constabulary said: “We are urging anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV images, or the man himself, to come forward so that we can progress with our investigation. The same goes for anyone with information, or dashcam footage that may help.”
