Man undergoes eight surgeries in Turkey – and ends up looking 30 years younger

Plastic surgeons in Turkey have achieved a jaw-dropping transformation on a man's face, leaving some to say he appears "30 years younger".

Detailing their extensive work, Este Med Istanbul took to Instagram to share the procedures they performed, writing: "We performed facelift, necklift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty, and hair transplant procedures on our patient, Michael. He has experienced an incredible transformation, which you can see from the photos."

A before-and-after photo montage of Michael quickly went viral on X (formerly known as Twitter), captivating millions of users.

The accompanying caption read: "No Turkey surgeons are f**king wild with their 8 surgeries at once... this man came back looking 30 years younger."

Users on X were astounded by the results of Michael's surgery, with one commenting: "When I'm 55 I'm definitely going there to look 30 again."

Another user was equally impressed, stating: "OMG? ! ? ! Well... I know where I'll be going to in 10 years from now when I need a face lift. Turkey and South Korea are basically neck to neck when it comes to surgery makeovers."

Another person humorously remarked: "When I win the lotto in 30 years I won't tell anyone but.....there will be signs (a brand new face and a Turkish holiday)."

Whilst a fourth mused: "Imagine this technology in 20-30 years time when we all start needing a bit of nip and tuck... We are so set to live the longest and look the youngest humans ever have! time to make sure we look after the inside as well as how young the outside is going to look! ".

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has revealed that the number of Brits jetting off for surgery has soared, with figures showing nearly double the amount of UK residents heading abroad for procedures in 2019 - a whopping 248,000 compared to 120,000 in 2015.

In 2022, Turkey became a hotspot for British medical tourists, attracting 1.2 million visitors. Boasting 913 plastic surgery clinics, the country offers all-inclusive deals that cover airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and shuttles to appointments, with packages starting at under £3,000, depending on the chosen treatments.
