Man wanted for performing sex act on himself on train in front of schoolboy

Police are looking for a man who was seen performing a sex act on himself on a train in front of a schoolboy.

At around 7pm on Friday March 22 the man sat opposite a 15-year-old boy on a train travelling between Liverpool South Parkway and Brunswick station. The man performed a sex act on himself while staring at the boy. When the boy left the train, the man followed him out of the station.

Police would like to speak to the man in the image who they believe may have information that could help their investigation.

Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference number 219 of 23/03/24. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
