Man wearing balaclava exposes himself to woman in park as Cheshire Police hunt flasher
A man wearing a balaclava exposed himself to a woman who was running in a Cheshire park, police say. Officers are now hunting for the pervert and are appealing for any witnesses.
The incident happened at around 7.30am on Sunday, April 21, at Sankey Valley Park in Warrington.
It was reported that a man had exposed himself to a female runner while sitting on a park bench in the vicinity of the Maltings pub.

The suspect is described as white, in his 30s, of slim build and 6ft tall. He was wearing a black hooded jacket and a multi-coloured balaclava.
DC Dave Passam said: “This behaviour is not being taken lightly and we have been making a number of enquiries in the area to identify the suspect. Everyone should be able to go about their business without being made to feel unsafe or intimidated.
“I’d would urge anyone who has any information or has seen this man, or witnessed similar behaviour in the area, to contact police. The same goes for anyone with doorbell or dashcam footage that may help us track this man down.”
