A door manufacturer has opened a new factory in the county.

Forza Doors Ltd has begun production at a new 16,000sqft site in Star Road Industrial Estate, Partridge Green.

The factory is a £3 million investment by the company and is expected to create 40 jobs in the area.

The new site will also help Forza increase production capacity by 60 per cent and meet growing demand.

Managing director Will Hunnam said: "This new facility marks an exciting chapter in Forza's growth.

"It will enable us to better serve our customers, introduce innovative new product lines and contribute to the local economy. This light, bright and clean space is a real showcase for our future."

The company, which was founded in 2009, has already started production in the new factory which has offices and solar panels.

It sells commercial and residential doors along with timber products.
