Margaret Josephs announced that her beloved pup, Bella, has died.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared the sad news on Tuesday, June 25, with a series of photos and a video on Instagram.

"Our living angel baby Bella has gone over the rainbow bridge," Josephs, 57, began her post dedicated to the Yorkie.

"Our world and hearts are broken. She was the perfect , happiest little bff in the world. Always ready to kiss, cuddle , play and brighten up your darkest day. She loved everyone (except for landscapers) and everyone loved her," she added.

The social media update included photos of Bella in cute outfits, posing with Josephs and her family, along with a video of Bella lapping up water out of an espresso cup.

"When your dog's more proper than you are," the reality star joked in the background of the clip.

Josephs concluded her post on a bittersweet note: "A piece of me died along with her . She was a rescue but in reality she saved us 💔🥹🐾🌈"

Josephs adopted Bella in 2018 when the dog was 5 years old, and she's been a cute fixture in the reality star's Instagram posts since.

"I came into Pet Value to adopt a dog because it’s so important to rescue dogs," she told Bravo's The Daily Dish in August 2018 about her four-legged "angel."

She and her husband, Joe Benigno, were looking for a small hypoallergenic pet when they met Bella. And the rest, as they say, was history.

"I got super, super emotional because I never come in to get a dog because I want every dog and I don't have time to take every dog," she added at the time.

When filling out the adoption paperwork, Josephs was confident she could take good care of Bella.

"I raised my own two kids, I raised someone else’s kids, so I was like, 'Okay, don't worry, I can take care of little Bella.' "

She said that it was an emotional process because "I wanted every dog" that was at Pet Value. "They need homes and to be adopted."
