Mark Robins makes two changes to his Coventry City team to face Birmingham at St Andrew's

Mark Robins has made two changes to his Coventry City side to face Birmingham in today’s big Midlands derby at St Andrew’s.

In come Victor Torp and Kasey Palmer as Josh Eccles and Callum O’Hare drop to the bench at the Sky Blues' old stamping ground where the club spent two seasons groundsharing.

Brad Collins continues in goal behind an unchanged back four of Joel Latibeaudiere, Bobby Thomas, Liam Kitching and Jake Bidwell. Torp comes into the side to partner Ben Sheaf in the middle of the park on a day when Eccles and Liam Kelly provide back-up from the bench.

And, assuming City sick with a 4-2-3-1 formation, Milan van Ewijk will be deployed wide on the right of the forward three with Palmer in the number ten role and Haji Wright on the left. That leaves Ellis Simms to lead to line.

There’s a welcome return to the squad of Matty Godden, who sat out three games with a calf injury, and he will provide striking support among the substitutes along with Fabio Tavares.

City: Brad Collins; Joel Latibeaudiere, Bobby Thomas, Liam Kitching, Jake Bidwell; Victor Torp, Ben Sheaf; Milan van Ewijk, Kasey Palmer, Haji Wright; Ellis Simms.

Subs: Ben Wilson (GK), Luis Binks, Jay Dasilva, Liam Kelly, Callum O’Hare, Josh Eccles, Fabio Tavares, Dermi Lusala, Kai Andrews.
