"To be cliched - v much out of comfort zone - hard hold your own against the speed of the brilliant panellists (& having to react to things without my usual filter).

"No idea how it'll be when all edited down. Hope I didn't make a fool of myself (or at least not in a bad way) and you enjoy it. Goodnight."

Social media user Tom replied: "I was there! And you were great, sure it will edit even better." Martin responded to his comment saying: "Thanks tom."

Another user said: "Remember Hislop and Merton have been doing this show for years! They would struggle to present your show!"

Shirley said: "Aww well done Martin, you are such a lovely, humble man and because of that people will want to watch it. I’m sure you were a great host. Anyhow, the panellists are supposed to be the funny ones."
