"And not only is Drax one of the best characters in the MCU, written by James [Gunn], but I think Dave Bautista has become one of the best actors that we've ever gotten to work with.
"I just wanted to give that shout-out. He's an amazing actor."
Previously speaking about the trilogy coming to an end, Bautista recalled the last time the Guardians cast reunited, saying: "I remember shooting the last scene that we were all going to shoot together.
"It wasn't the last day. It wasn't even close to the last day. But it was the last time that the original version of the Guardians of the Galaxy were on set together, and we were all in tears."

Meanwhile, director James Gunn admitted that he will miss the characters he created now that the trilogy is coming to a close.
"That's the saddest part for me. I really, truly love these characters. I love all of them. I think there [are] certain ones that I have a special fondness for, especially Rocket," he said.
"I'm not gonna be writing the characters again, at least not in the near future. And so that's a real sadness, yeah."
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 will be released in UK cinemas on May 3 and in US cinemas on May 5. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1 and Vol 2 and The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special are streaming on Disney+.
