Massive Snowflakes Swirl Through Air in Idaho

A band of snowfall passed through Idaho on Monday, February 26, bringing massive snowflakes right to the door of the National Weather Service (NWS) office in Boise.

The NWS said “aggregate snowflakes (almost 2” wide!)" fell outside its office in Boise, Idaho, as a cold front delivered falling temperatures, strong winds, snow, and rain.
