McDonald's launches new menu with seven new items as popular burger returns
McDonald's is set to launch a new menu on Wednesday (April 17), featuring a twist on the classic Big Mac. The fast food giant will introduce the changes tomorrow, bringing back some old favourites and introducing exciting new options.
Among the fresh additions are Cheese and Herb Melts, ideal for a quick snack, and the Chicken Big Mac, which first made its UK appearance in 2022.
The deluxe Quarter Pounder will also be making a comeback, along with the Galaxy Caramel Pie first seen last December and a Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry.

While the new menu has been eagerly anticipated, fans of the fast food chain will only have six weeks to enjoy it.
Those eager to try the Biscoff Frappe will set foodies back £2.99, while the McFlurry will cost £1.99, reports the Express.
The Chicken Big Mac, now returning for its fourth run, was originally launched in Australia. This twist on the classic Big Mac features a triple-layered bun, two chicken patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles and Big Mac sauce.
It can be bought as a single item for £4.69 or as part of a meal for £6.49.
The new Cheese and Herb melts are priced at £2.89 for a pack of five or £7.09 for a larger share box. These savoury snacks are made from emmental and mozzarella cheese encased in herb-infused breadcrumbs, served with a tangy tomato dip.
The Quarter Pounder Deluxe, retailing at £4.89, features a juicy beef patty garnished with mustard, ketchup, onion, lettuce, mayonnaise, tomato, and pickles.
The burger is then topped with two slices of cheese and served in a toasted bun sprinkled with sesame seeds. For an additional £6.59, McDonald's fans can upgrade the burger to a meal deal that includes fries and a drink.
The Galaxy Caramel Pie, which was first introduced last year, is also making a return as part of the summer menu. This indulgent dessert, priced at £1.99, features a Galaxy-flavoured caramel filling encased in a crispy chocolate pastry.
The sweet treat is accompanied by the return of the Galaxy McFlurry, also priced at £1.99, which combines soft ice cream with chocolate drops and sauce. As with all changes to McDonald's menu, some items will be removed to make room for new ones.
This includes the popular halloumi fries, which have been a hit with customers since their introduction.
