Yahoo News Meet John Travolta’s Daughter Ella Bleu Travolta: Actress, Model and Fashion Week Fixture Who Wore Dior to ‘Pulp Fiction’ Screening at TCM Film Festival
Working as an actress since she was a child and coming from a family of actors, John Travolta’s daughter Ella Bleu Travolta is no stranger to red carpet premieres or high-profile events. The starlet joined her famous dad on Thursday night in Los Angeles for the TCM Classic Film Festival screening of “Pulp Fiction.”
The 24-year-old posed for a series of photos on the red carpet, both solo and with her dad. She wore a tea-length dress from the Christian Dior fall 2022 ready-to-wear collection, which featured an abstract pattern of pink, auburn, and burgundy hues along with black lace detailing at the hem.

Ella and her dad are incredibly close. So much so that the two have worked alongside each other. Ella appeared in two of her dad’s films — 2009’s “Old Dogs” and 2019’s “The Poison Rose.” The pair has also made a few red carpet and talk show appearances together for various premieres and industry events.
But as Ella’s grown up, she’s attended more events on her own and is establishing a career. She was a guest during Milan Fashion Week in February 2024, sitting front row at the Elisabetta Franchi fashion show. Last year, she was a model in Silk’s Nextmilk campaign. Ella’s shown her proclivity for and admiration of fashion and style over the years.
In September 2022, she attended the Kate Spade Presentation during New York Fashion Week. On both fashion week occasions, Ella showed off her own style, fashioning looks appropriate for fashion week, but also ideal for the young star’s individual style.
Ella and her family have also endured tragedy and heartbreak. In January 2009, Ella’s older brother, Jett, died during a family holiday vacation in the Bahamas. Jett was only 16 years old and died of a seizure. Over a decade later, in July 2020, Ella’s mom and John Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, died after a private battle with breast cancer.
Since that time, Ella, her dad, and her younger brother Benjamin have maintained a close bond. John Travolta will often post photos and videos of his two kids on social media, celebrating their accomplishments and sharing family moments and milestones.
Ella will star in the forthcoming movie “Lost in Wonderland,” costarring James Cromwell and Terrence Howard. The film is loosely based on the story “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” by Lewis Carroll.
