Meghan Markle, who became the Duchess of Sussex after marrying Prince Harry in 2018, was reportedly cautioned about the life-altering impact of her nuptials.

A confidant of Meghan's disclosed that she received a potent warning before her wedding day, with a friend advising her on the significant changes ahead.

Wendell Pierce, Meghan's co-star from the popular TV show Suits, spoke on Who's Talking to Chris Wallace, recounting the earnest advice he offered Meghan during their final moments on set.

Pierce shared with the host: "It was the last night of working and I said, 'Meghan, your life is going to change, and you're going to be in a bubble, but just always remember, no matter what, I'm your friend - you have lots of friends."

He continued by expressing his enduring support for Meghan: "We're always thinking about you, we'll always be there for you. And you know, no matter where you are, always know you have a friend in me.", reports the Mirror.

In a recent conversation, Wendell also mentioned his encounter with Meghan and Harry, noting that the couple appeared deeply in love. Speaking to PEOPLE magazine, he commented: "When [Meghan] came to town, she got an award last year, had a chance to say hello and wish she and Prince Harry well and wish the children well."

He concluded by observing: "They look very much in love, and were very happy. That's the most important thing."

Tony Award winner Wendell has reminisced about his time working with Meghan, calling it "a blast" and teasing the possibility of reuniting for the upcoming reboot of their popular series.

'Suits' is gearing up for a return, this time set in Los Angeles, with a fresh cast that is rumoured to include 'Arrow' lead Stephen Amell and 'The Walking Dead' actor Josh McDermitt.

Yet, the buzz around Meghan's potential cameo hasn't died down, especially after Patrick Adams hinted at both his and Meghan's characters making an appearance during this year's Golden Globes.

In a conversation with Entertainment Tonight, he mentioned: "Sure. Mike and Rachel in Seattle. They gotta come down to LA. they gotta fix some stuff."

This speculation has been further fuelled by Meghan's own words to Oprah Winfrey, where she left the door open with a "never say never" remark.
