Mel B hints that Spice Girls will play at Glastonbury festival
Mel B has appeared to confirm that the Spice Girls will play at Glastonbury.
There has been a lot of speculation about whether the Wannabe singers will be on the bill at the festival, with rumours that Victoria Beckham will reunite with her bandmates Mel, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Horner.
Mel – aka Scary Spice – was quizzed about it during an appearance on The Big Narstie Show and while she didn’t say it was a definite, she did say that she thought they would be performing.

The star was talking to Narstie about the 25th anniversary of their 1997 album Spiceworld and he asked: “If you do Glastonbury can I be the hype man?”
“Yeah, I would like that, that would be cool,” she replied.
Presenter Mo Gilligan then jumped on her words, asking: “So you ARE playing Glastonbury?”
“Yes, I think so!” said Mel.
“But I’ve got to convince the four b****** to do it with me!”
However, she playfully backtracked when Gilligan tried to confirm it by asking: “So the Spice Girls are playing Glastonbury?”
“Stop it, stop it! I never said that!!” she laughed.
The Spice Girls did reunite in 2019 for a tour, but Beckham didn’t take part.
Mel C has previously said she believes that headlining Glastonbury would entice Beckham to reunite with the others on stage.

She told the Reign with Josh Smith podcast in November 2021: "I don't think we've been asked in all honesty, we haven't been asked to do it, but I do believe it could be the thing that would see all five girls on stage."
The Big Narstie Show is on Channel 4 tonight (2 December) at 11.05pm.
