Meta AI Announces New Virtual Assistant Features

Mark Zuckerberg has announced a new set of updates regarding Meta AI. For those still unclear to what extent Meta AI can be a part of your lives, the company has a new set of upgrades will help users become better acquainted with the function. With its new virtual assistant, the update makes Meta's entire group of apps even smarter, faster, easier and more accessible.

Meta wants you to treat the AI tool as your own virtual assistant that is vailable across all of our apps including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook, Messenger, Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses and soon Quest 3. To get it started, users can message Meta AI directly or in group chats by just tapping on the Meta AI blue circle icon whenever available. With the help of Meta AI, it can assist users in creating, connecting or getting thing done in a effective manner. Embedded into the Meta apps, Meta AI exists to connect it all and can help you from writing a good caption for your latest post to making plans with friends in a group chat. With Meta Ai incorporated in the chats, feed and search, it allows you to access information faster. Image generation is also now faster, allowing you to produce images as you are typing.

Currently, Meta AI is being rolled out in English in a dozen countries outside of the U.S. Those in Australia, Canada, Ghana, Jamaica, Malawi, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Singapore, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe will have acess to this tool.
