Michelle Keegan admitted she and her husband Mark Wright were 'trying' as they partook in an activity during her break from filming. The couple are currently in Australia where Michelle is working on her next TV project.

The actress is set to return to the BBC in Ten Pound Poms which is currently being filmed in Sydney. The first six-part series aired in May last year and followed a group of Brits as they left dreary post-war Britain in 1956 to embark on a life-altering adventure on the other side of the world.

Following its success, the BBC revealed earlier this year that the drama will return for another instalment with filming still underway with Michelle returning in the role of nurse Kate Thorne alongside her fellow cast mates Faye Marsay and Warren Brown as they document their characters' continued adventures in Oz.

Michelle, 36, and Mark, 37, already jetted over to the other side of the world earlier this year but after a brief stint in the UK, the couple headed back to Sydney where they'll soon be celebrating their ninth wedding anniversary on Friday (May 24).

But before then, the pair took off for an idyllic getaway to Hunter Valley in New South Wales, renowned for its exquisite wineries. In a video shared by Michelle, the couple can be seen cheerfully toasting with glasses of fine wine and indulging in a delicious-looking spread of cheese, crackers, and figs, before they enjoyed a stroll around the vineyard.

Former Coronation Street star Michelle looked fabulous as she soaked up the sun while on the trip, taking a few selfies along the way, before a final snap captured her and her hubby in a cosy embrace outside Tyrrell's Wines.

Captioning the video, Michelle, who shot to fame playing Tina McIntyre in the ITV soap, wrote to her millions of followers: "On cloud wine in the Hunter Valley." She also gave a glimpse at the activity on her Instagram Story and wrote: "Learning as we go (well trying)," before adding a crying laughing emoji and tagging former The Only Way is Essex star Mark in the post.

It comes after Mark appeared to price he's living his best life as he revealed what he gets up to while his 'misses' works out in Australia. Mark has shared how he spent time on the golf course while his former Coronation Street partner is busy doing her own job in front of the camera. Sharing a video of the green under the glistening sun on Friday morning (May 17) the TV and radio star said: "1 thing to do while the missed works. It's time!!"

It comes after Mark vowed to make changes as he opened up about his recent weight gain after his first stint in Australia. The Heart Radio star told how he was shocked to find that he was the 'heaviest' he'd ever been, but said that he planned on working hard to get back into shape
