Michelle Obama And A Surprise Guest Join James Corden For Amazing Carpool Karaoke

Just when you thought James Corden couldn’t top any of his past Carpool Karaokes, he goes and gets First Lady Michelle Obama to join him for a very special tour of the White House.

The pair teamed up to perform Stevie Wonder’s ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours’ and Beyoncé’s ‘Single Ladies’, complete with dance moves and Lemonade references.

As well as proving she’s the coolest First Lady (obviously), Michelle also talked about what she’ll miss most about the White House and admitted that sitting in the front seat of a car, listening to music, was a real treat.

She explained: “I’ve been in a car — it was months ago — with my daughter who learned to drive. And that was the only time in seven and a half years that I’ve been in the passenger seat listening to music, rocking out like this.”

Oh, and The Late Late Show host had another surprise too, with special guest Missy Elliott making an unexpected appearance with James and FLOTUS.

The three sung along to ‘Get Ur Freak On’ and Michelle’s ‘This Is For My Girls’, a charity single for her Let Girls Learn initiative which works to improve girls’ education around the world.
