Millie Bobby Brown Announces Her 'Wifey' Status Via Short-Shorts on Vacation with Jake Bongiovi

The actress rocked newlywed merch during a trip to Universal Studios Florida following the couple's intimate family wedding in May

Millie Bobby Brown is repping her new relationship status in style.

The Strangers Things actress, 20, confirmed that she’s officially married in a cheeky Instagram post shared weeks after her and husband Jake Bongiovi tied the knot in May.

In the photos posted on June 3, Brown rocks a pair of high-waisted classic wash denim shorts, from her brand Florence by Mills Fashion, that she customized to feature the word “wifey” across the backside

She accessorized with a trucker cap that she strategically wore backwards to reveal the “Wife of the party” slogan stamped on the front.

“Who wants to go to @universalorlando ???? ussssssssss,” Brown captioned the post, which shows the couple enjoying a day at the Orlando, Fla. theme park. The snapshots show them playing carnival games, posing in front of a Jurassic Park photo op and holding hands as they take in the sights.

Brown and Bongiovi have kept the details of their nuptials fairly private since news broke of their marriage. However, the newlyweds have shown off their wedding bling without directly pointing attention to it on a few occasions.

On May 30, the Enola Holmes star gave fans a glimpse at her wedding band when she posted a beauty tutorial video on her Instagram. While showing off the products she uses for her nighttime routine, she flashed the bejeweled ring lying under her diamond rock from her engagement.

During Memorial Day weekend, both she and Bongiovi were seen wearing their wedding rings with laid-back looks in the Hamptons.

Bongiovi’s dad, Jon Bon Jovi, has also spoken up about the intimate affair.

“It was a very small family wedding, and the bride looked gorgeous, and Jake is happy as can be,” the musician said in a May 28 clip of his appearance on the BBC's The One Show.

Brown and Bongiovi sparked romance rumors in June 2021 and went Instagram official in May that year. The pair announced their engagement in April 2023 with a sweet black-and-white Instagram photo that Brown captioned with lyrics from Taylor Swift’s song “Lover.”
