There was a mini Glee reunion in London this weekend

Don't freak out but there was a mini Glee reunion in London this weekend (Saturday April 22).

Be still our beating hearts.

Original New Directions members, Lea Michele (Rachel Berry) and Amber Riley (Mercedes Jones) were reunited as Lea made her way across the pond.

While in London, she decided to make a trip to see her old pal Riley, who is starring as Effie White in the ongoing Dreamgirls revival at the Savoy Theatre on the West End.

"So happy I got to see my girl Amber Riley in Dreamgirls tonight," Lea said on Twitter. "Amber you are so amazing you blew me away tonight! I love you!"

Alongside a snap of Lea and the cast, she added: "The show and the whole cast were absolutely amazing tonight in Dreamgirls. BRAVO!"

Lea was also on Sunday Brunch this morning, where she talked more about Glee.

"It was the most incredible time of my life and I had so much fun doing it and we really did build such an incredible fan base," she said.

"We did manage to make it all over the world and the show really touched upon so many subject matters."

"We're like family. It goes beyond friendship with that cast. We grew up together, our lives changed together."

"It's like a family, no matter what up and downs happen there's a bond that will never go away."

Lea Michele's album Places is out on Friday (April 28).
