North Yorkshire Police have confirmed the missing woman and young child from Harrogate have been found safe and well.

She was last seen on Cold Bath Road, Harrogate, at around 9pm pushing a pram and holding a small child on Tuesday evening (April, 30). An emergency appeal was launched by cops at 1am on Wednesday morning amid concerns for her welfare.

The images of a blonde woman wearing all white and black sunglasses were shared widely on social media. In one image she had a child in her arms while pushing a black pram with white wheels. The police have now confirmed that the woman has been found safe and well.

A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "In the early hours of this morning, we shared an appeal to trace a woman who was with a baby and pram on Cold Bath Road, Harrogate after concerns for her welfare were reported to us yesterday evening.

"We have spoken to the woman and pleased to confirm that everything is okay. Thank you to those who called in with information or shared our appeal.

"If you shared our appeal, please can we ask that the images are removed from all platform - reference NYP30042024-519 refers."
