Molly-Mae Hague was left branding her beau Tommy Fury 'iconic' after he distracted with one of his moves as he swapped the ring for the pitch. The boxer was among the famous faces who took part in this year's Soccer Aid charity football match on Sunday (June 9).

This year's match took place at the home of Chelsea FC, Stamford Bridge, with England once again taking on the World XI with both teams full of former professional footballers, singers, presenters, actors and more.

Molly-Mae joined the likes of fellow Love Island alum Zara McDermott in the stands as they both got a brief taste of being WAGs as Molly-Mae watched her fiance Tommy once again take part in the big charity appeal while Zara watched boyfriend, I'm A Celebrity winner Sam Thompson.

Molly-Mae, 25, also took to Instagram to share her support for Tommy, also 25, as he made his second Soccer Aid appearance for World XI. She shared a clip of the match beginning, writing: "LETS GO," followed by a video of Tommy walking around the pitch with his new teammates.

Tommy made his Soccer Aid debut in 2023 and plays for the World XI instead of England, because he is of Mauritian descent on his mother Chantal's side, and his father John Fury is of Irish Traveller descent. But after five years worth of wins for the World side, it was England's time to shine as they won the match 6 - 3 much to the delight of managers Harry Redknapp, Frank Lampard, Vicky McClure and event co-founder Robbie Williams.

But despite her man's loss, Molly-Mae was left joining in the reaction to Tommy's move during the match. TNT Sports shared a side-by-side screenshot of the sports star in action as he appeared to perform a throw-in. However, he quickly switches from an overarm to an underarm throw, much to some amusement.

The caption of the post read: "Tommy Fury taking an underarm throw-in might be the highlight of this year's Soccer Aid," with a laughing emoji. But Molly-Mae reshared the post in view of her own millions of followers and said: "Iconic x."

But as the comments section of the post being filled with messages about a 'missed kick' on the pitch, others were defending Tommy's efforts. @byersj2000 said: "Bro is trying his best in a Charity match and everyone is slating him grow up he’s tried that’s all that matters." @vetlejose added: "Respect for showing up in the last events. Funny but at least he tries and does it for a good cause."
