A huge under-13s South African schoolboy is catching the attention of social media.

Grey College Primary faced rivals Paarl boys Gymnasium Primary in an under 13 clash last week, and Grey College's very own Zenzo Manana has picked up over 400,000 TikTok views for a try he scored on the day.

It was an excellent running line and fine score, but it's the sheer physical prowess of the teenager, who is huge compared to every other player on the pitch, that has caught the eye.

The game was scoreless with six minutes played, when Manana latched onto a sneaky offload with incredible speed and explosive power to touch down, evading numerous tacklers in the process.

The last man, a boy half his size, puts in a hugely impressive effort to bring him down just shy of the line, but he couldn't quite do it.

The commentator exclaimed: "Oh, that's a beautiful run! Now here they go! What can you do, Grey College?

"Oh what a beautiful try coming in from Manana! What a beautiful line. Zenzo Manana. Look at that, cutting through like a hot knife through butter! Great work from the young man."

You can watch a clip of the try here. The video has picked up 358,000 views in two days, and is fast-gaining on TikTok, being one of the most-viewed videos in the last seven days.

The match, where the players wore nothing on their feet, ended 59-7 to Grey College. With it being an under 13s match, the game was 50 minutes long in total.

A number of commenters on the video confirmed that it is tradition to not wear boots at primary school age in South Africa.
