Baby gifts for Harry and Meghan on AU tour

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were showered with baby gifts as they began their Australia tour just hours after announcing Meghan’s pregnancy.

Harry and Meghan were presented with a toy kangaroo and pair of baby Ugg boots as they visited the Governor-General of Australia in Sydney today.

The royal couple also visited Sydney Opera House as they kicked off their marathon 16-day Commonwealth trip.

Two male penguins given egg to hatch

A pair of male penguins are fostering an egg together after building a nest out of pebbles.

Staff at Sydney’s Sea Life Aquarium gave them the egg after the two formed a bond ahead of the 2018 breeding season.

They were first given a dummy and after they showed the skills to nurture this they were given the real thing.
