This Morning fans spot rude word as ITV star films in-front of explicit blunder

This Morning viewers have pointed out an amusing detail in the background of a live broadcast from Germany.

Presenter Josie Gibson was outside a pub in Dortmund speaking to England supporters ahead of the Euro 2024 semi-final against the Netherlands. The Bristolian presenter was asking fans if they would sell their tickets for the game, with none willing to part with them.

Fans were also giving their predictions for the match, but many were distracted by the name of the pub behind her. While not the exact spelling of a swear word, it was similar enough for viewers to point it out on social media, reports the Mirror.

One person joked: "Perfect placement," alongside a laughing emoji and a screenshot of the pub in question. After speaking to fans, Gibson said: "It's coming home. I cannot even describe to you how electric the atmosphere is here."

She added: "I am definitely going to get into this football. It's absolutely magic and this football top, means absolutely everything."

Viewers expressed their dissatisfaction with the boisterous Dortmund atmosphere, deeming it too intense for daytime viewing. As fans chanted "England, England, England" Josie battled to make herself heard, saying: "I'm gonna be talking to some of the England fans and some of the Dutch fans later!"

Back in the studio, Cat Deeley couldn't help but remark: "10:02 and it is already chaos," a sentiment echoed by viewers on social media. A Northern Irish viewer pleaded: "I'm a Northern Irish viewer, I don't support England, so please tone this nonsense down a bit?"

Another viewer pointed out a language mishap: "Did she just say gluten morgen? I think she'll find it's guten morgen!" while another complained about the football overload: "Not everyone likes football, I'm sick of it being the only thing on TV every night and now on This Morning. No thanks. I've switched off."

In related news, beloved television personality Josie Gibson is set to take on a new role away from her current show. She has been confirmed as the host of Magic Radio's barbecue Playlist segment, airing Saturdays from 1-2pm, as reported by On The Radio.

Following her stint, McFly's Harry Judd will step in to fill her shoes, taking over the slot after her final show on July 6.

This Morning airs on ITV from 10am.
