ITV daytime programmes This Morning and Loose Women have been pulled from the listings on Friday in a huge schedule shake-up.

The Chase and Tipping Point will also not go out as they usually do, due to a number of bold changes.

As General Election results continue to trickle in, and experts examine what happens next after Labour's landslide win, ITV has chosen to instead provide live political coverage until 3.30pm on Friday, July 5. This means This Morning and Loose Women will not be broadcast as they usually are.

This Morning bosses said earlier today that Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley will be back on Monday with a "star-studded lineup". In a new clip, Ben said: "Simon Cowell, Steve Carell and my mate Kammy, all gonna be here on the This Morning sofa".

Cat added: "And if that's not enough, to tempt you, I've got John Torode cruising all week, live from some stunning locations". She also said Martin Lewis will be in the studio with some money-saving tips.

ITV News will air from 3.30-4pm, before all the action as Spain take on Germany in the UEFA Euro 2024 competition. This means Lingo, Tipping Point, and The Chase will not air in their usual 3pm, 4pm and 5pm slots, respectively.
