Morrisons has issued an important update for customers who frequent its stores and cafes.

Shoppers can now rack up 100 More Card points for every £1 they spend in store with the supermarket giant giving customers the opportunity to accumulate 100 More Cards points when they eat at one of its 396 cafes or 19 Brew Bars.

According to the Morrisons website, the 100 points offer can be redeemed with its Daily Meal Deal and its Kids Meal Deal. The meal deal includes any sandwich, sub, toastie or panini, a cake or teacake, and any regular hot or cold drink for just £6.

The Kids deal comprises a kid's sandwich, snack and drink for only £3.50. If you opt for one of these meals then you could earn 600 More Card points and 350 points respectively.

Morrisons confirmed to the Mirror that there was no cap on how many points customers could accrue and that the offer was available all day across its store estate. This means customers will be able to earn points if they order main dishes such as fish and chips or bangers and mash. It also extends to the supermarket's breakfast menu.

The Morrisons More scheme enables shoppers to earn points on selected goods both in-store and online, similar to other customer loyalty initiatives. Additional benefits include exclusive deals and personalised price reductions redeemable every week.
