The most and least expensive postcodes in the North East in which to buy a house

It comes in almost £200,000 cheaper than the UK average house price of £266,064. The average price of a house in the UK rose by 0.2% month on month in June, as high mortgage rates continued to hold back buyer activity, an index by Nationwide Building Society reports showed.
