MTV VMAs 2015: Taylor Swift Premieres Her Glorious ‘Wildest Dreams’ Video

Justin Bieber wasn’t the only one to use the MTV Video Music Awards to show off a brand new video last night, with Taylor Swift also using their pre-show to premiere the cinematic video for her new single ‘Wildest Dreams’.

And after all the teasing, we can safely say it definitely doesn’t disappoint.

Surely securing herself a nomination for next year’s VMAs, the 25-year-old’s new video sees her transformed in a gorgeous Hollywood starlet.

Filming a movie in Africa with her on/off loverboy Scott Eastwood, who looks hotter than the actual sun in the video (not just because it must’ve been a right scorcher out there), things seem to be going well for the pair and their new film.

However, things take a turn for the worst after an on-set fight, with T-Swiz, her brunette hair (!!!), her red lips and rosy cheeks storming off in one direction, while swoony Scott goes and kicks a bucket somewhere else.

Careful, mate. The props department won’t be happy with you.

There’s then a whole load of throwback shots to the couple enjoying their romantic adventures off-set, including this casual plane ride:

And lots of this:

Don’t even get us started on how Scott looks handsome as hell through this entire video:

Or how stunning T-Swiz looks in a flowing gown while a fan blows her hair and creates the perfect windswept look. The sort of look we try to replicate with our hairdryer, only to end up looking more like Wednesday Addams.

We won’t totally spoil the ending for you, but let’s just say when the two hit the premiere for their new blockbuster, things don’t exactly go to plan.

If all that doesn’t sound awesome enough for you, Taylor has also revealed that she’ll be donating all the proceeds from this video to wild animal conservation efforts via the African Parks Foundation of America. HURRAH!

Here’s the Oscar-worthy video for you all as a little Bank Holiday treat. You’re welcome:

A round of applause for Taylor, Scott, and director Joseph Kahn please - and maybe an award, too.
