Mudslide Partially Shuts Down Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu

Officials partially closed the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) in Malibu, California, on Friday, February 23, as crews cleared a mudslide.

Footage shows a dozer clearing mud west of Big Rock on Friday morning.
