Multiple Rescues Made in Richmond, Virginia, Amid Flash Flooding

Water rescue crews came to the aid of 19 people during flash flooding in Richmond, Virginia, on June 9.

The Richmond Fire Department responded to more than a dozen high water, according to the fire department.
