Naked Attraction host Anna Richardson has opened up about her upcoming series Naked Education, which she hopes will break taboos and normalise all body types.

The new show, which Richardson will host alongside Yinka Bokinni and Love Island alum Dr Alex George, is aiming to go "one step further" in helping to educate the nation.

"Naked Education is sort of one step further than Naked Attraction... I like to make shows that are controversial, that break taboos," Richardson told The Sun.

She continued: "[It's] a body positive, educational series that is basically aiming to normalise all body types and champion everybody’s differences, so that we can accept that with our clothes off we’re all normal."

Richardson explained the show will include 'Naked Brigade', where body positive individuals share their naked bodies, and 'Naked Exchange', which sees two strangers discuss everything their bodies have experienced.

Bokinni and George will also host a 'Teen Talk' segment, which sees teenagers discuss what they think is normal when it comes to the human body.

The presenter went on to reveal that Naked Education will cover topics such as anatomy, body hair and gender reassignment surgery.

She added that one of the "incredible" stories features two trans men explain the process of undergoing surgery, with the pair showing their naked bodies on the show.

"An incredible story that we had [on the show] was two transgender people, female to male, so two guys called Finn and Lucien. Finn has decided to go the full hog and have a phalloplasty – so have his penis constructed," Richardson said.

"I’ve never seen that before in the flesh and I don’t think I’ve seen it on TV, so the fact that Finn was prepared to go naked, show his penis and show how it works - that was mind blowing!"

Naked Education premieres on Tuesday, April 4 at 8pm on Channel 4.
