Manchester City returned to the top of the Premier League table with victory over Fulham.

City claimed a 4-0 victory at Craven Cottage to leapfrog Arsenal in the league standings. Josko Gvardiol scored a brace with Phil Foden also on the score sheet and Julian Alvarez converting a late penalty.

The win means that City go into Sunday two points clear at the top of the Premier League table with just two fixtures left to play. Arsenal travel to Old Trafford to face Manchester United on Sunday, where the Gunners will have the chance to regain top spot for a few days at least.

Pep Guardiola's side are next in action against Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday night in a rearranged fixture. However, City may have some injury concerns going into the match in North London.

MEN Sport takes a look at City's current injury list and potential return dates ahead of the clash against Tottenham in midweek.

Nathan Ake

Nathan Ake is the latest injury concern to emerge for City. The centre-back was substituted in the first half of the win against Fulham after appearing to be in discomfort.

Ake was withdrawn in just the 22nd minute to be replaced by Kyle Walker. It remains to be seen how much time, if any, Ake will need on the sidelines with just less than a week until the Premier League season draws to a close.

Expected return date: Unknown

Jack Grealish

Jack Grealish was not part of the City squad that made the trip to London to face Fulham due to illness.

Guardiola confirmed that Grealish was "okay" despite being unavailable due to illness. City will hope to have the England international available to face Spurs.

"Yes (he’s okay)," Guardiola told TNT Sports. "He felt in the last moment not well and a little bit ill but he’s fine."

Expected return date: Tottenham Hotspur (A) - May 14

Ruben Dias

Ruben Dias struggled with various injuries throughout the season and had missed City's previous three fixtures before Fulham despite being on the bench twice.

Dias made his return to the starting line-up at Craven Cottage and played the full 90 minutes. City will now hope to have the centre-back available for the final fixtures of the season in the Premier League and FA Cup.
