The music producer - whose real name is Shahid Khan - was the latest star to be eliminated from the ITV show.
Opening up about life in Gwrych Castle on Lorraine, he said he had lost a whopping 10kg thanks to his staple diet of rice and beans.
"Breaking news - so when I went in there I was 94kg and I got weighed yesterday and I'm 84.9kg now," he told host Lorraine Kelly.
Kelly joked: "Wow, that's quite a lot. No wonder your trousers were falling down!"
The star also said he was looking forward to getting home and seeing his mum.
He said it had been a great experience and that he had learned a lot.
"The biggest thing I learned is that surrendering is not a weakness," he said. "I always thought it would be a weakness.. because you are surrendering your phone, you are not in contact with anyone, you are basically about to live with some strangers.
"But then I think during the experience of the camp I found the strength in surrendering."
He went on: "Two weeks before the show we were alone in quarantine and then when Storm Arwen happened we were then in isolation alone for two days.
"That was good for me. Normally I am in the studio or even if I'm at the house there are people there, people around me. I learned a lot about what I can do alone."
Naughty Boy said he had "no regrets" about going on the show and had made friends for life, such as Arlene Phillips and David Ginola.
He also told Kelly that he would like to see Simon Gregson or Ginola crowned King of the Castle.
