Nearly 400 Foreign Nationals Evacuated From Sudan Onboard French Navy Frigate

A French Navy frigate evacuating people of more than 50 nationalities from Sudan arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Wednesday, April 26, the French Ministry of the Armed Forces said.

The frigate FREMM-DA Lorraine carried 398 people of French, American, British, Canadian, and several European nationalities, the ministry added.

Footage released by the French Army shows passengers boarding the frigate from Port Sudan on Tuesday, April 25.
