Yahoo News Neighbours' Chloe Brennan and Nicolette Stone kiss as romance story begins

Neighbours' Chloe Brennan and Nicolette Stone have finally kissed in new scenes on Australian screens today (March 25), starting a new relationship.
10 Peach viewers have seen Chloe (April Rose Pengilly) falling for Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes) in recent weeks.
Nicolette, who has had romantic feelings for her friend since she met her, struggles with the revelation at first, but by the end of the episode she kisses Chloe.

Thursday's episode begins with Nicolette asking Chloe how she really feels, after Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) revealed the truth.
Chloe insists that her feelings for Nicolette are genuine – but Nicolette abruptly gets up and leaves, not wanting to continue with the conversation.
Chloe visits Nicolette at Harold's while she's working, only to find her again trying to avoid the subject. When Chloe suggests Nicolette feels the same way as her, the latter lies that she's over her and tells her to go home.
Chloe then visits her brother Aaron and has a go at him for telling Nicolette about her feelings.

Meanwhile, Nicolette opens up to Brent Colefax (Texas Watterston) about Chloe, admitting that she's scared and still not sure whether Chloe's feelings are genuine, particularly as Chloe is still grieving.
Brent advises Nicolette to sit down with Chloe and have a proper conversation with her.
At home, Nicolette talks with Chloe. She confirms that she feels the same way, but wants to remain friends with everything else going on – including her pregnancy with Aaron and David's baby. Chloe is understanding.

But later, while the pair are chatting in the kitchen, Chloe lets slip a comment about how she feels lucky Nicolette is in her life.
Nicolette decides life's too short and kisses Chloe.
These scenes will air in the UK in four weeks' time. Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5 (UK) and 6.30pm on 10 Peach (Australia).
