Neighbours' Chloe tempted by Leo as Nicolette goes missing
Neighbours spoilers follow for UK and Australian viewers.
Neighbours' Chloe Brennan is tempted by Leo Tanaka on Australian screens next week, after the pair face huge backlash over Nicolette Stone's disappearance.
For several weeks now, Leo (Tim Kano) – who has feelings for his ex – has been scheming to drive a wedge between Chloe (April Rose Pengilly) and Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes). He eventually makes a move on Chloe, leaning in for a kiss.
In upcoming scenes on 10 Peach via TV Week magazine, Chloe is still struggling with her relationship with Nicolette.

The pair are engaged, but Chloe feels things are moving too quickly.
Wanting some space, she lies to Nicolette that she's staying at Number 32 with Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) and David Tanaka (Takaya Honda). She ends up spending the night at the vineyard with Leo, still unaware of his feelings for her.
"She asks the boys to cover for her with Nicolette to buy herself some time and space without worrying her unnecessarily," star April Rose Pengilly explained to the publication.
However, she wakes up the next morning – hungover with a foggy memory and only wearing Leo's jacket. She is quickly weighed down by guilt as she doesn't remember if anything happened with Leo.
Chloe prepares to come clean to Nicolette, but Nic has already figured out her girlfriend's lie.
Nicolette connects the dots – and knows Chloe stayed at the vineyard with Leo instead of with David and Aaron – after seeing some footage from Jane Harris and Clive Gibbons' entry for the local film festival.
Nicolette asks Chloe what's really going on, and is left heartbroken when Chloe says she doesn't remember what happened last night with Leo.
Nicolette then learns David and Aaron were involved in the lie too, and feels hurt and betrayed by the three of them. She ends up fleeing, leaving Aaron and David extremely worried as they lead a search for her.

David blames Leo for everything that has happened, but Leo refuses to take any responsibility and argues that David shouldn't have picked Nicolette as the surrogate of their baby. David responds by punching his brother in the face.
Later, Chloe and Leo hang out together, upset over the backlash they're facing and feeling sidelined as the search for Nicolette continues.
Leo takes this moment to move closer to Chloe and tries to kiss her. How will a sober Chloe respond?
These scenes air in the UK in five weeks' time.
Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5 (UK) and weekdays at 6.30pm on 10 Peach (Australia).
