Beyonce has reportedly ordered a ban on press photographs being taken at her 'Mrs. Carter Show' world tour, after being left embarrassed when unflattering photos from her Super Bowl performance were turned into a comical feature by a publication.

The 31-year-old is halfway through the European leg of her tour, so far performing in Serbia, Paris and Amsterdam, before hitting the UK later this week. However, the diva has moved to make sure the photos released from the shows are monitored by putting a ban on press using their own photographers at the concerts in a bid to avoid more unflattering snaps making the rounds on the Internet.

According to the Guardian, Frank Zagreb has been given permission to snap away at the shows and has provided local news outlets with a link to a site where they can download select photos.

A message posted on the photographer's Facebook page read: “Photographers: There are no photo credentials for this show. Local news outlets, including print and online will be given a link to download photos from every show. They will need to register to access the photos.”

The move comes two months after Beyonce's show-stopping performance at the Super Bowl where she pulled a series of interesting faces while performing the intense dance routines.

Websites such as Buzzfeed and Gawker turned the photos into features poking fun at the singer's intense facial expressions.

A rep for Beyonce then sent a letter to the websites “respectfully” asking that they remove the photos from the “unflattering” images in search of “better” images.

Beyonce will be bringing the tour to Birmingham on Friday for two nights before performing a six-night stint at London's O2 Arena next week.
