Tonight is the night that the Britain's Got Talent 2013 winner is announced and over previous weeks, thousands of hopefuls have been whittled down to 45 for the live semi- finals and now the last few remain, all aiming to win a £250,000 prize and the chance to perform at the Royal Variety Performance later this year. But, who do you think should walk away with the prize?

Here are the acts who are through to the final so far, with one further 'wild card' artist to be announced later tonight once the show begins. Exciting stuff!

Arisxandra Libantino

This singer may only be 11 years old, but she already managed to raise a few eyebrows when she performed a track about a one-night stand during her audition. She then sang Whitney Houston's I Have Nothing in the semi-finals, before she got voted through on the public vote.

Attraction

These guys are definitely the favourites to win in many peoples' eyes and this shadow dance troupe from Hungary managed to bring many to tears (including the judges!) during their semi-finals performance. They also received a standing ovation. Good job, guys!

Asanda Jezile

Another 11 year old diva in the making! This pint-sized singer admits that she's inspired by the likes of Beyonce and Rihanna and even manages to bust out a few of their moves on stage.

Francine Lewis

Impressionist Francine impressed the judges with her audition, before then mimicking the likes of Dot Cotton from Eastenders and Sharon Osbourne in her semi-final performance, which Cowell said "was so convincing, it was scary."

Jack Carroll

14 year old comedian Jack is another favourite to win, after he had the judges and audience in stitches at his first audition and semi-finals performance. Jack, who has cerebral palsy, was even described by David Walliams as a "comedy genius."

Gabrielle 'Gabz' Gardiner

Gabz had us all singing along to her original track The One when she first performed it at her audition and David Walliams demanded "Simon Cowell, get that song onto iTunes now." Wonder what she'll perform tonight?

Jordan O'Keefe

The singer has previously auditioned for the X Factor, standing next to One Direction hunk Niall Horan at the audition, but he went home broken hearted when he failed to get through. Better luck tonight, Jordan!

Luminites

The band are another favourite, they out a stamp on the Bee Gees hit To Love Somebody for the semi-final, with David Walliams labelling them as "the ones to watch."

Pre-Skool

Aged between five and eight, this dance group are just TOO CUTE! Amanda Holden was so confident the children would win through to the climax of the series she pledged: "If you're not in the final, I will kiss Simon Cowell." They won a place on the public vote.

Richard and Adam Johnson

The brothers, who sing opera, were cheered on by their nan during their semi-final performance of Somewhere from West Side Story and make sandwiches for a living, as well as occasionally performing on cruise ships. Will this all change tonight?
