'I've Got Jowls': Liv Tyler Compares Her Aging Looks To Father Steven Tyler

Liv Tyler is the daughter of rock and roll legend Steven Tyler, and as such it’s only natural that the actress would share some resemblance to her father. Appearing to be aware of this, Liv has opened up about how she believes she is aging just like her dad.

In a new interview with Glamour magazine, the 36-year-old spoke about what it’s like for her to age and how she believes she’s now getting jowls just like her father.

“The jowls I got from my dad seem more pronounced,” she revealed to the magazine.

Liv also added that she now had more grey hairs. However, despite these natural changes, she is happy with her health and beauty.

“I've got a couple of grey hairs,” she admitted. “But I've noticed that when I'm happy and healthy on the inside - eating well, laughing with my best friend - I feel more beautiful on the outside.”

There are some benefits to aging however, as Liv believes that getting older has also made her wiser. She now appreciates her looks.

“If you're curvy, you wish you were skinny,” she explains. “If you're short, you wish you were tall and I think as you get older, you learn to appreciate your looks because it's sort of silly to be against of yourself all the time.”

Liv Tyler is currently starring as Meg in HBO series The Leftovers.
